Lewis Carpenter is the Chief Marketing Officer for Auth0. As CMO, he is responsible for all marketing operations for the company. Lewis brings over 20 years of experience in building and leading successful companies.
Yi Ping (Y.P.) Chan - Principal
Y.P. has over 20 years of experience in business turnaround & restructuring, entrepreneurship, investment, JV & acquisitions and executive education in Greater China and the United States. He was the CEO of a small public U.S. company. Y.P. obtained his MBA and MSEE degrees from Columbia University.
Richard Fabian - President and CEO
Richard "Rich" Fabian joined FUJIFILM SonoSite in January 2017, bringing more than 20 years of Healthcare leadership experience. As President and Chief Operating Officer, Rich leads all aspects of the global business. Prior to joining FUJIFILM SonoSite, Rich served with Philips Healthcare for 15 years where he held various executive leadership roles, including Vice President of Sales and Marketing for North America, Vice President and General Manager of a Global Business Unit, and Vice President of Marketing for Imaging Systems. He built high performing teams that consistently delivered strong business results. Rich earned his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan.
Tony Gepner - Director, Management Consulting
Tony Gepner is the Director of Management Consulting for the CORTAC Group, overseeing all consulting services for clients in the Seattle area/western U.S. His expertise is in leadership, process reengineering and program management. He is a certified Lean /Six Sigma Blackbelt, and most importantly, an alumni of the UW Bothell MBA program (2005).
Scott Gleason - Director, Real-Time Trading West
The Energy Authority
Scott Gleason manages all Northwest real-time trading and California ISO (CAISO) Schedule Coordinator activities that the Energy Authority conducts on behalf of its clients in the WECC. Mr. Gleason is also responsible for their energy and schedule loading. He leads daily and real-time optimization of clients' generating portfolios, which include over 600 MW of wind and solar power from Harvest Wind, White Creek Wind, Nine Canyon Wind, Combine Wills Wind, Five Points Solar and Giffen Solar Facilities.
Mr. Gleason joined TEA in 2006 an as Energy Trader executing real-time transitions. In 2008, he became Technical Coordinator, managing projects for both day-ahead and real-time power activities before being promoted to Manager of Power Management.
Prior to working for TEA, Mr. Gleason was a Fire Controlman for 10 years in the United States Navy. He holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of Pheonix.
Tom Goos - President & Co-Owner
A passionate entrepreneur and leader, Thomas Goos is the President and Co-Owner of Image Source, a nationally recognized branded merchandise agency. Thomas’ key responsibilities include strategic direction, overseeing daily operations and financials as well as major client relations and supplier partnerships. With 19+ years of branded merchandise experience, Thomas is a true industry leader and expert.
Thomas is a founder and partner of Reciprocity Road, an industry buying group comprised of eight elite branded merchandise agencies. He is a Past-Chairman of the board for the branded merchandise industry’s national trade association, Promotional Products Association International (PPAI). Thomas is a former two-term President of the Northwest Promotional Marketing Association (NWPMA), a regional industry association. He was recognized by the Puget Sound Business Journal’s award program, 40 Under Forty. Thomas is an industry thought leader who is regularly featured in promotional products media and magazines.
Thomas has a B.A. in Marketing and Management from the University of Washington Bothell. He is a passionate endurance athlete who competes in triathlon, duathlon as well as cycling and running events. Thomas has competed in several national championships in both triathlon and duathlon and recently qualified as a member of Team USA for the Duathlon World Championships in Denmark in 2018. Thomas’ passion for real estate and cars is only rivaled by his tenacity for any competitive game or sport.
Brian Haner - Founder & CEO
An inspirational and proven leader, Brian is the Founder & CEO of Image Source, based in Kirkland WA, and a 25 year promotional marketing industry veteran who leads by example. Known by clients and suppliers alike for his vibrant personality, Brian is a big thinker who lives by the motto “anything is possible” and is a positive influence on everyone he meets.
Brian’s passion and focus at Image Source is helping clients build brand equity and drive performance. He is also very engaged in business development, building partnerships, mentoring sales teams, recruiting great people, sales and motivational speaking, and keeping innovation and differentiation alive at Image Source.

Brian’s focus and success can be attributed to his four pillars in life: Family, Faith, Health and Business. A 1989 School of Business graduate of Pacific Lutheran University, Brian maintains an extremely active lifestyle. This includes hiking, biking, running, dog walks and his daily 5:30 am fitness classes. Brian resides in Kirkland, WA and his son Austin is a junior at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ, and his daughter Bailey is a freshman at University of Oregon in Eugene, OR.

Matt Isenhower - Owner
Chick-fil-A Bothell Canyon Park
Matt Isenhower is the franchise owner of Chick-fil-A Bothell Canyon Park. Previously, he was Senior Director of Operations for the Burger King Corporation. Prior to entering the private sector, Matt served as a naval officer, deploying to the Horn of Africa and South America. He earned his Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and graduated with honors from the United States Naval Academy.
Ganesh Iyer - Senior Director, Business Development (Western Region Head)
Ganesh Iyer, is Senior Director, Business Development (Western Region Head) at Crown Bioscience, a premier drug discovery services company focusing on oncology, inflammation and metabolic diseases. He has more than a decade of experience in life sciences business development and prior to that in research and development. He has worked in small start-ups as well as large organizations (e.g. Microsoft) and this has given him a very diverse experience that is helpful in adapting to the current constantly changing work environment. His current focus is to expand Crown's portfolio and set the company on a more strategic growth plan. Outside of work, Ganesh enjoys theater and film, trying out different cuisines and cultural experiences and walking his dog at Marymoor.
Kim Albrecht - CMO
As CMO and a member of the SAP Concur executive leadership team, Kim leads multi-national marketing teams responsible for omni-channel product marketing, digital, brand, communications, customer success, demand generation and market-expansion. Kim has a long history with SAP Concur, recently rejoining as vice president of global marketing centers of excellence, and from 2008 to 2013, she served as vice president of corporate marketing for Concur. Kim is passionate about breast cancer awareness and prevention, and actively serves as a board member and volunteer for the Susan G. Komen Puget Sound organization.
Ash Koppal - Sr. Consultant

Ash is a driven, entrepreneurial professional with a passion for optimizing processes and a thirst for interesting challenges. She has a breadth of professional experience across sales, marketing, consulting, business operations, program management and software engineering working locally and globally with startups, small businesses, non-profits and large corporations. She is an alumnus of the 2017 MBA program where she served as the President of the MBA Association and founded the Pacific Northwest MBA Conference. She is currently working as a Sr. Consultant to Microsoft through Bridge Partners Consulting solving challenges in business and marketing operations.
Jay Maloney - President
Maloney Aerospace Advisors
Jay Maloney is president of Maloney Aerospace Advisors. MAA provides strategic and tactical solution development and implementation to airlines, MROs, marine, theme parks, heavy machinery and other industries.
Jay is a 30 year aerospace veteran. He began his career in aviation and aerospace when, at the age of 16, he obtained his private pilot's license. Jay worked as a licensed airframe and power plant mechanic while attending Parks Aeronautical College. After graduation, Jay instructed at the college before accepting a position at Continental Airlines in Pilot Training. His career then took him to the Pacific Northwest working for Alaska Airlines, where he rose to the position of Director of Engineering.
Jay’s next journey took him to Boeing. As a Boeing executive, he co-founded a new line of aftermarket services for Boeing Commercial Services. These service offerings set in motion the lifecycle services programs that transitioned into Boeing Global Services. At Boeing, he was instrumental in architecting new program offerings and new services platforms while providing leadership and oversight of integrated teams consisting of sales, contracts, legal, marketing and supplier management. After 17 years of dedicated service, Jay retired from Boeing in 2017.
Phillip "Flip" Morse - SVP, Corporate Resources
Flip Morse is Senior Vice President at Nintendo of America Inc. He oversees all Human Resource functions. Flip is very active in charitable causes, currently serving as board president of Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Puget Sound Affiliate.
Cem Ullman-Onener - Management Consultant
The Kavi Group
Cem is currently a Management Consultant with the Kavi group. Cem has advised clients in the private sector for 20+ years and provided consulting services in operations management, risk management, business continuity, process improvement, and project management. He has led the design, implementation, maintenance and administration of business continuity programs in the U.S. and internationally. His business continuity experience includes performing risk assessments and business impact analyses; developing recovery strategies; creating business continuity, disaster recovery, emergency response and crisis management plans; designing testing and maintenance programs; conducting exercises including walkthroughs and full-scale simulations; conducting maturity assessments and internal audits; and implementing training and awareness programs.
Cem was a Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Manager for 9 years at a large bank holding company specializing in credit cards, home and auto-loans, brokerage transaction, banking and savings products. He drove all departments to identify risks and vulnerabilities within processes, work flow and data access; worked with subject matter architects and experts to promote recoverability in architecture and design alternatives; provided project leadership between technology groups and other business functions, emphasizing regular and direct communication; and conducted quarterly testing of remote recovery functions for staff and Critical IT systems. Cem is a certified Red Cross Provider and a certified business continuity professional (CBCP) via DRII since 2007. He holds a MBA from Eastern Washington University. Cem is fluent in English and Swedish and is conversant in German.
Pritam Parvatkar - Sr. Vice President & Business Head - Pacific Northwest; USA Global Head - Strategic Technology Business
Pritam is the business head of the Pacific Northwest region with P&L responsibility and is the global head of the Strategic Technology Business for the company. He is currently focused on transformational growth trajectory for the company in our region. Prior to joining Tech Mahindra, he has held leadership roles in Cable & Wireless, Tata Teleservices and Data Access - PCCW. He earned a bachelor's degree in engineering in Computer Science from University of Pune, Masters in Marketing Management from University of Pune and a program for leadership and management from Indian Institute of Management - Calcutta (IIM-C). Pritam is devoted to diversity and inclusion with a particular interest in supporting women leaders in technology. He serves on the advisory board of several educational institutions in India.

A CPA, Tom is the shareholder in charge of Clark Nuber’s audit and assurance department. His leadership, efficiency, project management skills and keen ability to present profit opportunities to small businesses make him an invaluable asset to his clients.
Jason William Therrell - Senior Vice President - Wealth Management, Portfolio Manager
Jason joined UBS in 2015, but his wealth management career started more than twenty years ago with Merrill Lynch in 1996. A lot has changed during that time, but one thing that has remained the same is Jason's commitment to helping his clients grow and protect their wealth. He partners with them in many aspects of their financial lives and takes his role as an investment advisor very seriously. Tay Yoshitani - Former CEO
Port of Seattle
Tay Yoshitani lead the Port of Seattle as its CEO from 2007 to 2014. During his time he He carried out policies set by the Port Commission. He lead the Port’s operating divisions, including the 6th largest container port in the nation, and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, which welcomed more than 32.8 million passengers in 2011.
From 2004 to 2007, Yoshitani served as Senior Advisor to the National Association of Waterfront Employers, providing industry expertise on port security and environmental issues. From 2001 to 2004, as Executive Director of the Port of Oakland, he led a significant expansion of both the seaport and airport, overseeing environmental permitting and planning that enabled the airport expansion to use “green building” technology. He served as Oakland’s Deputy Executive Director from 1998 to 2001. He is credited with creating the first master plan at the Maryland Port Administration, where he served as Executive Director from 1995 to 1998. As Deputy Executive Director of the Port of Los Angeles, 1989 to 1995, he oversaw the creation of the West Coast’s largest dry bulk export terminal.
Yoshitani is a U.S. Army veteran and Bachelor of Science graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. He earned his MBA at Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. He serves on the National Center for APEC Board and on the boards of Seattle civic and trade-related organizations.
