Print Project Request Guidelines
Please read closely as the guidelines have changed!
As we increase our focus on key initiatives within the Division of Advancement & External Relations—including the current fundraising campaign for UW—and look to better meet the external communications priorities of UW Bothell campus overall, we are shifting the focus of our client project work.
In cases where we cannot handle a print project request in-house, we can provide you referrals to other design options and/or will offer consulting services on how to manage the project yourself using branded university templates.
If your print project is simple and does not require custom design check out the UW Bothell brand page for templates, fonts, logos and more that you can download and modify to suit your needs.
Please continue to follow the submission guidelines below, and we will contact you with further direction regarding your project.
We appreciate your understanding as we better manage our resources in service of the campus!
