These policies have also been reviewed and approved by The Student Facilities Advisory Committee (SFAC), an organization comprised of student leaders and administration from Cascadia College and UW Bothell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These policies aim to ensure ease of access and maximize the number of student-organized and student-focused events occurring in the ARC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Meeting Rooms <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Requests for these spaces must be submitted a minimum of <strong>2 business day<\/strong>s in advance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only available for recognized UWB and Cascadia College student organizations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Overlook<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Requests for the ARC Overlook event space must be submitted a <strong>minimum of 6-9 weeks<\/strong> before the desired event date.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Overlook reservation requests submitted less than 6 weeks in advance may be denied.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Overlook reservation requests submitted more than 9 weeks in advance may take longer to process. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The ARC Event Information Form must be submitted a <strong>minimum of 8 weeks<\/strong> before the desired event date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A pre-event meeting must be scheduled a <strong>minimum of 3-6 weeks<\/strong> before the desired event date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diagram edits requested less than 7 business days in advance may be denied.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Overlook requests will be processed within 5 business days by the ARC reservation team.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Please consult with ARC events staff before submitting a reservation request on short notice. <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The reservation policies below are administered by the Activities &amp; Recreation Center (ARC).
