Welcome to the Health and Wellness Resource Center
The Health and Wellness Resource Center (HaWRC) is a one-stop hub connecting students with on-campus and community resources to help you thrive. Through a partnership with the United Way Benefits Hub, we provide resource connections, financial coaching, and public benefits enrollment. Our services also include peer health education and sexual and relationship violence prevention and advocacy. Learn more about our services.
We serve both Cascadia College and UW Bothell (graduate and undergraduate) students!
New online resources and programs!
The HaWRC team has created two new sites where you can access up to date resources, as well as interactive programming. These sites are where you'll find online workshops, opportunities to engage with others on campus, and more. For regularly updated HaWRC information in general, Benefits Hub, or Violence Prevention programs, visit the new HaWRC site. For programs from the HEROs, visit the HEROs new site.
HaWRC scheduling update Winter 2021
During the time that UW Bothell is hosting classes remotely, the HaWRC will be providing most of our regular services via phone or online meeting. If you need an appointment or have any questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our staff will respond promptly to your request.
Concerned about COVID-19?
Please visit the University of Washington coronavirus FAQ page for up to date information and answers to common questions.
The Washington State Department of Health has also established a call center to address questions. If you have questions about what is happening in Washington state, or what to do if you have symptoms, please call 1-800-525-0127 and press #.
At this time, all HaWRC and Benefits Hub appointments will move to either phone call or online meetings. Please email email@example.com if you have any questions, or click the appointment button below to schedule an appointment with one of our Benefits Hub financial coaches.
