Free UW Email Forwarding

In December 2017, UWIT announced some big changes to how alumni can continue to access their UW E-mail as a part of the UW Email Modernization Program.

Alumni and former students are no longer eligible for a UW email service, including users of UW Deskmail, UW Exchange Online, UW Gmail, and UW Outlook Live.  Access to these accounts will end, and all data will deleted effective July 31, 2018.

If you are simply forwarding your UW email to another address on a personal service, you are not affected. You ability to access or login to your NetID is also not affected.

UWIT has set up a resources page for alumni that can help you navigate this transition.

If you need more help, The UW Information Technology Service Center is available 24×7 to assist you. Please email help@uw.edu or call 206-221-5000 for assistance.
