What to Bring Agreement

We ask that you bring 4-6 kegs (2 kegs per style) of your most popular and/or unique beers/ciders. You will need to supply all necessary pouring equipment. We will provide ice, tables, bottled water for rinsing, ticket collection bins, and linens. We will not supply electricity unless deemed necessary (e-mail tdk6@uw.edu with questions/to make arrangements). You’ll be sharing a 10x10 tent with another local brewery, but may bring signage/print collateral/coasters, etc. You will need to provide your own pourers (if you would like to attend but are unable to provide pourers, please e-mail tdk6@uw.edu). The Greater Bothell Chamber of Commerce will provide payment the day of the event. Brewers will be paid for kegs tapped, but agree to notify event staff before tapping a keg if 1 hour or less of the event remains or if the total number of kegs tapped will exceed 4.

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: The special event insurance carrier requires that all participating breweries, vendors and contractors are required to name Greater Bothell Chamber of Commerce (PO Box 1203, Bothell, WA 98041) as an additional insured for the Bothell Block Party & Brewfest at 10100 Main Street, Bothell, WA 98011. THIS IS BECOMING CUSTOMARY FOR FESTIVALS AND SHOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM FOR YOUR INSURANCE CARRIER.
