Application disclaimer<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All admissions decisions are based on the information provided by the applicant at the time of submission. The University reserves the right to rescind an offer of admission if an applicant is found to have misrepresented or withheld information, or if updated academic performance does not meet the standards of admission. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note: All materials submitted as part of the application become the property of the University and will not be returned.<\/em> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Application fee waivers<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The University of Washington Bothell allows fee waivers for students with confirmed financial hardship and for U.S. military veterans. Fee waivers are not available for international applicants. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

First-year Applications<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

There are two methods to request the fee waiver:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. On the application: Find the Common App Fee Waiver within \u201cMy Common Application\u201d under the \u201cProfile\u201d tab. Review the criteria and select \u201cyes\u201d to \u201cDo you meet one or more of the Common App fee waiver eligibility criteria?\u201d if you qualify.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Submit the Application Fee Waiver Request Form<\/a> if you do not meet the Common App Fee Waiver criteria or if you are a U.S. military veteran.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Transfer and Post-Baccalaureate Applications<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    There are two methods to request the fee waiver:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. On the application: Request an application fee waiver on the payment method page of your application. The family income section must be completed beforehand. Be sure to include a short explanation for the committee\u2019s review.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Submit the Application Fee Waiver Request Form<\/a> if you are unable to request a fee waiver on the application.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Failure to disclose<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Honesty and integrity are central to our application process. Applicants are required to disclose all academic transcripts and credits from any college or university they have attended, regardless of performance or relevance to their current application. Failure to disclose all academic records, including intentional omission of transcripts or credits, is considered a violation of the University\u2019s admissions policy and Student Code of Conduct.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Such actions are viewed as dishonest and grounds for disciplinary action, including denial of credits and potential rescinding of admission. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Appeal of admission decision<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n
