There are so many details involved in transferring from one institution to another. Before you dive into that process, visit campus to test the waters. Our admission advisors can help you get your feet wet and suggest an academic plan that will prevent you from getting in over your head.
Campus visits provide you with a general overview of our academic programs, student support services, and the application process. After the information session, you will go on a walking tour of campus where you will see classrooms, science labs, student life facilities, and more! Tours are led by current students who will provide you with an “insider’s” point of view; student tour guides are happy to answer any questions you may have about becoming a future Husky.
We are happy to meet with you in person for an advising appointment. The admission office is open to scheduled and walk-in appointments between 9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm every Monday-Friday (except holidays).
Walk-in appointments cannot be guaranteed, but based on staff availability, will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Prospective undergraduate transfer students are encouraged to attend a Transfer Information Session related to their specific field of study and learn about:
Undergraduate admission requirements
Deadlines to apply
How courses transfer
High-impact learning opportunities (research, internships, study abroad, etc.)
You will also have the opportunity to discuss your individual transfer plan with our Academic and Admissions Advisors. We encourage you to bring your unofficial college transcripts if you have specific questions about your credits and coursework.
Running Start and College in the High School students should attend a session that is prior to the start of the upcoming autumn quarter to plan college coursework for the fall.
Please check-in at the Welcome Desk in Husky Hall (unless instructed otherwise) for your Transfer Info Session.
Husky Hall is located at
