Husky Card Program

What's a Husky Card?

The Husky Card is the official identification card for members of the UW community, and can be used at any of the three campuses. It provides access to a variety of services and opportunities, including access to campus libraries. The Husky Card program is available to all students and employees (faculty and staff) at UW Bothell. Issuing of Husky Cards during COVID-19 restricted operations:

For the health and safety of our employees during COVID-19 restricted operations, UW Bothell will not be producing Husky Cards in person.

New Students:

After you register for your Advising & Orientation session, you will receive an email with instructions on how to obtain your Husky Card. We will issue Husky Cards in person beginning Monday, September 27, 2021.

New UW Bothell faculty & staff:

For the duration of UW Bothell's restricted operations, you may request to have your card mailed to you. Please email uwbinfo@uw.edu for further instructions.

Replacement Husky Cards:

Students: Please email uwbinfo@uw.edu to have your replacement card mailed to you. Include your name, Student ID number, mailing address, and reason for replacement. The non-refundable replacement card fee is $25 and the charge will be added to your student account.

Faculty & Staff: Please email uwbinfo@uw.edu for instructions on how to obtain your replacement card.
