If you think your change is necessitated by a University error or is at the University&#039;s request, you must pay the fee and submit a <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/files\/getattachment\/students\/calendar\/tuition\/015.pdf\">petition for a refund<\/a> to the Registration Office, UW1 160. You will be notified of the decision by the Office of the Registrar.
