If you think your change is necessitated by a University error or is at the University&#039;s request, you must pay the fee and submit a <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/files\/getattachment\/registration\/forms\/uwb-tuition-forfeiture-petition-2012.pdf\">petition for a refund<\/a> to the UW Office of the Registrar. You will be notified of the decision by the Office of the Registrar.
