2025-27 Biennium process & guidelines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The UW Bothell Worthington Technology Endowment Fund was established to support the educational and research programs of faculty and students in existing and emerging fields of technology across all schools and majors, including FYPP, through the purchase of capital equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the biennium 2025-27, the available funding is $100,000. Proposals will be evaluated by the VCAA\u2019s Leadership Council who will advise the VCAA. The VCAA will make the final decision with concurrence from the Chancellor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Funding priorities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Enhance Current Programs<\/strong>: Acquire state-of-the-art equipment to enhance current undergraduate and graduate programs in existing and emerging fields of technology.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Support New Programs<\/strong>: Acquire state-of-the-art equipment for planned\/new undergraduate and graduate programs that prepare students to meet the region\u2019s workforce needs in existing and emerging fields of technology. (New programs should be based on third-party market studies.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Support Faculty Research<\/strong>: Acquire state-of-the-art equipment to support faculty research; centered on existing and emerging fields of technology. (Research includes technology advancement and\/or technology application.)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
