To submit a paper, enter the required information in each field of the online submission form, then send us an email with your paper attached as an MS Word document.

When can I talk to a live person?
Stop by the Writing Center (UW2-124) or call us at 425-352-5253 during our regular office hours:
Mon-Wed 8 am to 8 pm
Thurs 8am to 6pm
Fri 8am to 5pm
Sat 10am to 2pm
Sun noon to 3pm
Do I need to register to use this system?
Nope. Just complete the required form and email your paper to us. It's that easy!
How soon will I receive a response to my paper?
We strive to respond to all submissions within 48 hours. Submissions are always responded to in the order in which they are received. Because we cannot guarantee that you will receive a response within the 48 hour window, we encourage you to submit your paper early so you'll have plenty of time to revise it.
What kind of response can I expect? Will you edit my paper?
Rather than editing your paper, our writing consultants will provide strategies to help you improve your writing. We'll ask clarifying questions, show you examples for revision, and offer suggestions that will help you through the writing process. Give yourself plenty of time to revise your work with the new ideas and techniques provided in the consultants' response.
How do I get a response to my paper?
You will receive an email from onlineconference@uwb.edu. Our feedback will be in an attached MS Word document.
