Mission Statement
The Writing Center supports the University of Washington Bothell's campus-wide culture of reading and writing by providing:
- Direct writing assistance to UW Bothell students, through individual conferences, group workshops (within and outside of scheduled courses) and peer writing groups
- Support to faculty through curriculum development, collaborative teaching and individual consultation with faculty
- Contributions to the scholarship on writing pedagogy through programmatic research and collaboration with other educational institutions
