Using Templates

To assist you in designing a page there are seven predefined templates.

Click the Templates icon in the WYSIWYG editor.

Related Links

This is usually placed in the right column and is used to create a list of links.

  1. Click in the location that you want the related links box to be.
  2. Click on the Related Links option from the Templates menu. This will create the following box in your editor:
  3. Change the Title if necessary, it is currently "Related Links"
  4. Replace "Related Link 1" with a links to another page.
  5. Add/ Remove bullets as necessary.
  6. Click Save

The final product will be similar to the following

Alert Box

The Alert Box option makes a Red Box that will immediately attract the attention of the user.

  1. Click in the location that you want the Alert Box to appear
  2. Click on the Related Links option from the Templates menu.
  3. Change the title, it is currently "Alert Box Title"
  4. Replace "Content here" with your content.
  5. Click Save

The final product will be similar to the following

Focus Box

The focus box is used for

  1. Click in the location that you want the Alert Box to appear
  2. Click on the Focus Box option from the Templates menu.
  3. Change the title, it is currently "Focus Box Title"
  4. Replace "Content here" with your content.
  5. Click Save

Blockquote

The Blockquote is generally used for bigger quotes

  1. Click in the location that you want the Alert Box to appear
  2. Click on the Blockquote option from the Templates menu.
  3. Change the text to your quote
  4. Click Save

The final product will be similar to the following

Inline Quotation

The Inline Quotation template is used to insert a quote in a page.

  1. Click in the location that you want the Alert Box to appear
  2. Click on the Inline Quotation option from the Templates menu.
  3. Change the text to your quote
  4. Click Save

The final product will be similar to the following

Letter

The letter template will have a picture of a letter and the writing will all be italicized.

  1. Click in the location that you want the Letter to appear
  2. Click on the Letter option from the Templates menu. This will create the following in your editor:
  3. Change the text to your letter
  4. Click Save

The Final product will be similar to the picture above.

Two Columns

The Two Columns template is used if you want to split up your text into two columns.

  1. Click in the location that you want the Two Columns to appear
  2. Click on the Two Columns option from the Templates menu. This will create the following in your editor:
  3. Replace "Left/ Right Column" to your text
  4. Click Save
