General Settings

After creating a form, you will begin on the "General" tab.

Setting what to do after a form is submitted

In the "After the Form is Submitted" section, there are four options:

Display Text : After the user submits the form, they will see what you write in this box. Example: "Thank you!"

Redirect to URL : After the user submits the form, they will be redirected to a new page. If you would like to create a new page please refer to the Web Content Guidelines. Example: "http://www.uwb.edu/admissions-submitted"

Clear Form : Please disregard and select one of the other options.

Continue Editing : Please disregard and select one of the other options.

Submit Button

  1. Submit button text : This text that will go on the button used to submit the form. Example: "Submit" or "Sign Me Up!"
  2. Submit Button Image: Please disregard.
  3. Click "Ok". The words "the changes were saved" will appear at the top of the page.
