E-Mail Notification

Receive an email every time someone submits a form; emails can be sent to shared NetIDs or individual accounts.

  1. Click on the Notification e-mail tab in the Forms.
  2. From e-mail: Type This will make it seem that the sender of the email is the person that submitted the form.
  3. To e-mail: Kentico will send a copy of the submitted date to this email address. You can use shared or individual NetIDs.
  4. Subject: This will be the subject of the email sent out. Example: "Form Submission"; Kentico will automatically assign a submission number a tthe end of this title.
  5. Attached uploaded documents = checked
  6. Use custom layout = unchecked
  7. Click Save.
