The US Small Business Administration provides information about starting, financing, and managing small businesses.

The Small Business Development Center National Information Clearinghouse (SBDCNET) contains a comprehensive set of resources.

The Bellevue Entrepreneur Center assists with financing, marketing, and operations of emerging businesses in culturally diverse communities on the Eastside of King County.

The Business and Economic Development Center at UW Seattle links students, faculty, and staff from the Business School with a racially and ethnically diverse business and nonprofit community.

Cascadia Revolving Fund provides financing and business assistance to underserved entrepreneurs, small businesses, and community-building organizations.

Community Capital Development has several programs in the area and Washington State, including the Northwest Washington Women's Business Center and Washington State Minority Business Development Center.
