Why is it important to complete the Mentor Log?
The Mentor Log is used to track the student’s compliance with their ATP Agreement. It is very important that you completely fill out the Mentor Log, because this information may impact their status with the University. Mentors should complete the log for each contact with the student whether it is in person, email, phone, etc. The comments can be a brief notation of the general conversation or reason for contact. Please also note if the student does not respond to you.
How and when to submit your Mentor Log
Mentor logs are submitted to a Catalyst Drop box. You will need your NetID and password to submit your log. Mentor logs are due on the following dates for the 2012-2013 Academic Year.
Autumn Quarter – Friday, December 14. 2012
Winter Quarter – Friday, March 22, 2013
Spring Quarter – Friday, June 14, 2013
