- Nonrefundable $50 Application Fee
- Personal Statement(s)
- List of activities, awards, and/or achievements
- Official Secondary Transcript(s)
- One (1) official transcript from any colleges attended (if applicable)
Note: If you've attended a Washington state
community college(s), please have your transcript sent directly from
the community college electronically, not faxed. - Financial Verification Form
- Official bank statements or letter sealed in an envelope, dated within the past six months
- Official TOEFL, IELTS or Michigan Language Test scores for English proficiency
