- MEASLES IMMUNIZATION VERIFICATION FORM:
Complete and mail the Measles Immunization Verification Form. You will
be blocked from class registration until this form is received AND

- GENERAL TRANSFER ORIENTATION:
Sign up to attend the General Transfer Orientation on Wednesday, August 6, 9:00am-1:00pm. Space is
limited, so register today online.
- SEND YOUR FINAL TRANSCRIPT(S): Send your final transcript(s) to the Office of Admissions by July 1, 2008.
- MATH ASSESSMENT: Complete and return the Math Assessment no later than July 1, 2008.

The General Transfer Orientation, Advising, and Registration program
provides you and your family with important information about the
University and the resources available to support student success. This
program is specifically designed for students who are entering the
University of Washington Bothell as pre-major students who have already
received at least 45 college credits. Students are required to attend and family members are encouraged to attend.
