The Student Technology Fee Committee (STFC) is a committee of students who are appointed by the ASUWB to serve 1-year terms. This committee is responsible for reviewing and recommending proposals related to the technology fee that each student pays (currently $40/quarter).
Any current student has the ability to submit proposals for how the money should be spent. We encourage all students to get involved with the committee in some form. Let your voice be heard.
The Student Technology Fee Committee has released its proposed 2008-09 budget. They have also voted to recommend an increase in the technology fee from $40 per quarter to $42.80 per quarter.
The Committee will be presenting its recommendations to ASUWB on Thursday, April 17 at 3:30 p.m. in UW1 192. The campus community is invited to attend the meeting and comment on the proposed budget and fee increase.
