Woodinville Rotary Club Teacher Certification Scholarship

Amount

$2,000 applied over autumn, winter, spring

Purpose

The Woodinville Rotary Club Teacher Certification Scholarship is offered to provide tuition assistance to a University of Washington, Bothell (UWB) student enrolled in the Teacher Certification Program who:

demonstrates outstanding academic performance,
demonstrates a strong commitment to service in the community and to others,
demonstrates evidence of exceptional commitment to the teaching profession, and
has financial need (if applicable).

Eligibility

Students who are enrolled, or planning to enroll, full-time in the UWB Teacher Certification Program fall, winter, and spring quarters.
Students who are not members of, or related to a member of, the Woodinville Rotary Club.
Is a U.S. citizen and resident of Washington State.

Notification

Applicants will be notified four to six weeks after the deadline and award recipients will be posted on the UWB scholarship web page http://www.uwb.edu/students/finaid/scholarships/.

The application includes your resume and a personal statement described on the application instructions.
