Fitness Classes

 
Recreation & Wellness programs are an opportunity to improve your physical, mental, and intellectual health outside the classroom. There is always a great variety of classes, and this page is updated frequently. All UWB students are welcome and no experience or special skills are required for UWB fitness classes, so whether you are a male, female, beginner, or professional, join us weekly for class! All classes are FREE!

Classes run from Monday, October 6-Friday, November 21 (no classes November 10 & 11).

Monday

1:15-2:15pm - Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Lauren (UW2-021)

8:00-9:00pm - Zumba with Raegan (UW2-021)

Tuesday

9:00-9:45am - Total Toning with Karisa (UW2-021)

12:00-1:00pm - Cardio, Dance & Sculpt with Sheree (UW2-021)

8:00-9:00pm - PiYo (Pilates/Yoga) with Grace (UW2-021)

Wednesday

6:30-7:30pm - Zumba with Adriana (UW2-021)

8:00-9:00pm - Insanity with Grace (UW2-021)

Thursday

9:00-9:45am - HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) with Karisa (UW2-021)

12:00-1:00pm - Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Lauren (UW2-021)

8:00-9:00pm - Zumba with Raegan (UW2-021)

Friday

1:30-2:30pm - Boot Camp with Karisa, Karishma & Raegan (Sports Field)
