Steps to Create a Club

  1. 5 Officers: Each club must have five currently enrolled UW Bothell students as officers to lead the club.
  2. Advisor: Clubs must have a permanent UW Bothell faculty or staff member serve as an advisor. The advisor must submit an Advisor Agreement Form to Club Council.
  3. Constitution: A club must submit an updated constitution (or operating manual) for approval. The constitution must follow the guidelines and be approved by the Club Council.
  4. Officer Training: Two officers must complete the officer training led by Club Council. Please look at the Orgsync calendar for upcoming training dates.
  5. An OrgSync page: Clubs must create a page for their organization on OrgSync.
