Immunization Verification

All enrolled matriculated students are required to provide proof of measles (rubeola) immunity. Students will not be allowed to register for any classes until they have satisfied this requirement.

Print the Measles Immunity Verification Form

Processing may take up to two weeks. The UWB Registrar's Office recommends that to avoid delays in registering, you should return the Immunity Verification Form before you arrive on campus for advising and registration.

Attend Orientation

New undergraduate students are required to attend an Advising & Orientation Program.  Go to the Orientation website for more information.
