Campus Housing Move-In

Move-In Day means the halls are open and residents are settling in to their new homes. Staff and student leaders will be on hand to help residents carry items, answer questions, and welcome them to UW Bothell. Please make sure to come during your scheduled check-in time!

Housing Orientation

Mobius Hall

This is a mandatory meeting for all residents in campus housing. Come get some pizza, meet new friends, and get important safety information. The staff will also review housing policies and procedures. Attendance will be taken, so please make sure you are on time!

Smart Start Boot Camp

Smart Start Boot Camp is designed to jump start your first year at UW Bothell before classes begin! This event is FREE! Lunch will be provided and you will have a chance to win prizes! Featured workshops include "Communication and Technology at UW Bothell," "Healthy Living Tips" from the H.E.R.O.s (Health Educators Reaching Out), "Taking Charge of Your Learning," and "Money 101: Budgeting and Time Management."

This is the official academic welcome to new students. The ceremony begins promptly at 10:00am. Check-in will begin at 9:30am. Following Convocation is the Chancellor's BBQ.

The Chancellor's BBQ is for new students and their families that are attending Convocation and the Transfer Student Reception. Come mix and mingle with staff and faculty! There will be food and music.

Transfer Student Dessert Reception

After you've had a chance to meet UW Bothell's new Chancellor at the Chancellor's BBQ, we invite you and your fellow transfer students to join us for dessert! You'll have the chance to hear more from Chancellor Yeigh as well as to connect with other students who are coming to UW Bothell from another college/university. This program is open to all transfer students, and will have children's activities, should you wish to bring members of your family.

The Involvement Fair provides students the opportunity to find out about different services and clubs available on the CCC &  UW Bothell campus and local community. At the fair, students can get involved with any student organizations or clubs that interest them. There will be food and music!

NCAA 2014 (XBox 360) Tournament

NCAA 2014 Tournament on XBox 360! This will be a singles tournament with the top two players playing the championship match on a big screen out on the field by Mobius Hall. Specific game rules and game settings will be generic rules, and explained at the tournament.

Big Money: The Finance Game Show

Big Money is an hour-long game show that delights, entertains, and educates students on the importance of money management. The Student on the Street game show format allows students to win cash and a chance to enter the Big Money Machine. Compounding interest, overdraft fees, and FICA scores will never be more enjoyable!

Faculty/Staff vs. Students Kickball Game

Come be a part of the soon-to-be historic inaugural Faculty/Staff vs. Students Kickball Game. The first 16 people to sign up for each team will become warriors of the Dawg Cage, and the rest a coliseum crowd to rival that of Rome. The carnage commences on Friday, September 27th at 2:00pm down on the Sports Field.
