My name is Zoe Wong from Hong Kong and I am a fourth year student at UWB. I am majoring in Media and Communications with a minor in Education. Since I love English and interacting with people, I am planning on working here in the States after graduating for approximately two years, then go back to Hong Kong to work for another 10 years. Hopefully, if financial aspects allow, I would love to have my own business in China where I can bring the western culture back to the community.
I have studied in the States for about four years. I love playing all kinds of sports. I really enjoy playing music instruments ever since I learned how to play them at church when I was 13. Meeting new people with different cultural backgrounds is my favorite part here on campus, and International Student Facilitator (ISF) is an absolutely great position and club for y’all to make new friends and make connections so easily around the world.
Fun fact about me is that I wake up every morning to remind myself to be humble because it allows me to learn better and leaves room for me to improve. I can't wait to meet all of the incoming students! Make your purple life rock! Go Huskies!
