Registration Hold Removal and Monitoring for Compliance of Requirements

Registration holds are removed within two business days of becoming compliant. You do not need to contact the School to have the registration hold removed.

Holds are not removed during the weekend (Friday, at 4:00 pm forward). Do not miss your deadline as a registration hold could negatively impact your ability to get into Health Electives and graduate on time.

Master of Nursing

Every calendar year in the program you will need to repeat the state background check through CastleBranch, costing $17. Additionally, you must keep current all professional and immunization requirements that expire while you are in the program. Renewals will become available in your CastleBranch account, no additional purchase is required for this portion. You will receive automated reminders from CastleBranch if one of your requirements is about to expire. If you have a requirement that has been rejected, carefully read what is required of you to resubmit the documentation.

Students must be compliant before any planned fieldwork hours; most organizations will require "on-boarding" with completed compliance information 2-3 weeks before the first scheduled fieldwork day. Students not compliant may be delayed or prevented from completing planned fieldwork.

Petitioning a Health and Safety Requirement

If you have a circumstances that are outside of these guidelines, submit the Health and Safety Petition Form with supporting documentation; the form has instructions for submission.  Allow one calendar week for review. There are no exceptions approved due to late submission.
