Praise for the UW Bothell Nursing Program

"Returning to school for my BSN after a 25 year hiatus was an anxiety-provoking decision for me.  Many times I wondered what I was doing here; I had so much to learn!  I can honestly say I have never worked harder.  However, the support of each staff and faculty member lifted me up; they believed in me when I couldn't yet believe in myself.  They gave me shining examples of the value of scholarship.  They helped me see my practice and my place in the world with new eyes."

Cathy Surerus (RN-BSN 2004, MN 2006)

"All course work had relevance to my current and future goals.  Virtually every learning activity had practical application to some aspect of my work or life.  Every assignment was meaningful to me."

Julia Rouse (MN 2011)

"I have met fantastic nurses from many specialties in the profession.  I have had amazing professors.  This has been a wonderful transformation for me both professionally and personally and I have savored every minute of it."

Cathy Prentice (MN 2011)
