More than 100 students competed in a 13-hour hackathon at the University of Washington Bothell to create bots — automated computer applications. The Association for Computing Machinery student club hosted the event.
The first in a planned series of University of Washington Bothell community hackathons aims to make improvements at the garden sprouting on campus between the north parking garage and the sports fields. The Garden Innovation Challenge on April 21 is the work of the Hackathon Series Committee, a partnership of seven student clubs and organizations.
