Pepsi is Giving Away Millions in Grants and YOU Can Help the UW Bothell Dream Project Win $25,000

BOTHELL, Wash. – By participating as an entry in the November Pepsi Refresh Project, the University of Washington Bothell has the opportunity to receive a $25,000 grant to fund the UW Bothell Dream Project through. Winners will be chosen through online voting.
The UW Bothell Dream Project is a student-initiated high school outreach program that operates as a University of Washington Bothell course, partnering UW Bothell students with first-generation and low-income high school students to help them achieve the dream of attending college. The program's dual-focus approach strives not only to help these high school students, but also to teach UW Bothell students about important social issues through a unique, hands-on experience.
The Dream Project campaign is built around a goal to increase college access for first-generation or low income students and to support their success once enrolled.
If selected, the UW Bothell Dream Project will utilize the grant in the following ways:
- Workbooks for scholars and mentors
- Transportation for scholars, their families, and mentors
- Admissions and financial aid workshops on campus
- Printing and publicity
- Work study student salary
- Supplies for weekly school visits
Votes for UW Bothell can be cast through the month of November and can be voted for once daily. There are two easy ways to cast your votes:
