Nominate students for the Husky 100

student in classroom

We know that our UW Bothell students make extraordinary contributions in and out of the classroom.  I invite anyone in the UW Bothell community to nominate a student to be recognized as one of the Husky 100.

Anyone can nominate a student to be one of the Husky 100.  Click here for the nomination form. The deadline is Jan. 9, 2016.

These students — those who engage fully in their Husky Experience — learn not only in the classroom and lab, but through their involvement on campus, in the community and abroad. They are making a difference through service learning, mentoring, campus activities, internships and jobs, research, family responsibilities or capstone projects — any number of ways. And they are able to connect the dots between their learning experiences in ways that prepare them for life after graduation.

As part of this awesome group, students will receive:
  • Recognition at a Husky 100 event in spring quarter, and individual profiles on a Husky 100 website
  • Opportunities throughout the following academic year to expand networks with UW students, alumni, faculty, staff and business leaders
  • Membership in an exclusive LinkedIn group that will help build connections with employers
  • Customized career counseling from the UW Career Center
  • Invitations to events hosted by the UW president and provost
