Periodicals
The Periodicals section contains current issues of magazines and journals displayed alphabetically by title. This section is located just to the left of the library's entrance.  Recent back issues can be found by lifting up the shelves.  Current newspapers are in the racks next to the windows in this area.
  • Periodicals are for library use only
  • Most back-issues are found on microfilm
  • Some older paper back-issues are on the 3rd floor of the Library
  • Search for periodicals by title in the UW Libraries Catalog
  • Full-text articles are available in many of the library databases
  • Articles from journals owned by other UW Libraries or library systems may be ordered via document delivery
