The Out of Office Assistant lets you automatically respond to incoming email when you are out of the office, regardless if your computer is on or off. Although not sophisticated, this feature lets senders know that you are unable to respond individually to their messages. It is a good practice to provide a contact person in your template so people with urgent matters have someone in the office to contact.
