If you need an internal department, course, or project specific website, take a look at the Wordpress service offered by UW IT in Seattle. (https://wiki.cac.washington.edu/display/wordpress/Home.) This service allows affiliated Faculty and Staff to build a Wordpress site without having to be a system administrator. All of the backend webpage setup is handled by UW IT letting you spend your time creating and adding content.
