This guide will teach you how to add a resource mailbox in Outlook Web Access in just 6 simple steps.
Step 1: Click your name (in the upper right corner).
Step 2: Type in the name of the resource mailbox you wish to access.
Step 4: Click Open to verify that you have selected the right mailbox.
Step 5: Once you have verified that it’s the right mailbox, click Open again.
Done! As long as you have permission to view the mailbox, you will see the name of the mailbox in the top right corner.
