Resetting Your UWB ID Password from Outlook Web Access

It is now possible to change a UWB ID password from off campus using Outlook web access. This page explains how to change a current UWB ID password. For documentation on changing an expired password click here.

1. Open a web browser and type mail.uwb.edu into the address bar.

A window should appear prompting you for your credentials. Enter your current UWB username and password.

2. Click on the Options menu in the top right-hand corner and select "Change Your Password..."

3. Follow the on screen instructions to change your password and click save when finished.

Note:

UWB ID passwords should be nine characters or longer, and must include three of the four groups:

·         Uppercase letters

·         Lowercase letters

·         Numbers

·         Symbols (! @ # $ %, etc.)

Passwords should not contain your name or easily identifiable personal information. You may not use any of your previous five passwords.
