Service Level Agreement
UWB IT has several agreements about how a network or online service works with the UWB campus, project stakeholders, and external collaborators. In the "IT" world, these agreements about a service are known as a "Service Level Agreement" or (SLA).
UWB IT has taken the initiative to help define the online services that are provided and typical expectations about how the service should work and what to do when the service breaks. The items available in this section are defintions for some of the most common items that make up an SLA and are also useful for determining the appropriate outage response or incident response.
