Software Request Form

Software not needed for the first day of the quarter may be requested at any time. Please allow for the following turn-around times for all standard software installation requests:

• 2 weeks for all computer lab, computer classroom, and standard classroom (ePodium) requests
• 1 week for all faculty/staff workstations

Some requests may include software that Information Technologies has not previously supported. In such cases, IT may need up to 90 days (though it is usually much quicker) to fully evaluate software for use on the UW Bothell campus.

Please note that software for the Library Information Commons is managed by Library Technology Services and may not include the same standard software listed above. Software requests and other inquiries related to the Library Information Commons must be directed to libhelp@uwb.edu.
