Software not needed for the first day of the quarter may be requested at any time. Please allow for the following turn-around times for all standard software installation requests:
Some requests may include software that Information Technologies has not previously supported. In such cases, IT may need up to 90 days (though it is usually much quicker) to fully evaluate software for use on the UW Bothell campus.
