Karam Dana speaks on politics and conflict in the Middle East

September 17, 2014 - IAS faculty  Karam Dana spoke in three venues on politics and conflict in the Middle East.  He was interviewed on Russia Today (Arabic) on the United Nations general secretary's attempt for a ceasefire between Israel and Gaza, and on King5 news after President Obama's speech on US Strategy against the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (Video: https://www.facebook.com/uwbothell?ref=br_tf).  He also delivered a commentary Professor John McKay’s lecture, “Terrorism and Military Detention: How the Irish May Save Palestine.”  The latter was part of Seattle University’s Influential Voices Lecture Series.
