How to Submit a Work Order

  • You may only submit a work order for your unit.
  • If your smoke alarm is chirping "Low Battery" or for any other urgent issues, please contact the RA on Duty
    at 206-245-5536.
  • You may checkout light-bulbs, plungers and vacuums from the Front Desk of the Community Center at no charge.
  • Please see TV/Internet issues below for how to resolve them.
  • For all other non-urgent issues, please don't attempt to fix things yourself.
  • If you have questions, or would like to submit information regarding a maintenance issue in a location other than your unit, please go to the Husky Village Community Center during normal business hours.

Please note that by submitting a work order, you are authorizing members of facilities to enter your apartment to complete the repair whether anyone in the assigned unit is present or not.
