The RAs are students—like you—who have been competitively selected and well trained to assist and support you in any way they can. They serve as peer counselors, advisors, programmers, and friends who are extremely knowledge­able about UWB resources. They will also challenge you to learn and understand your rights and responsibilities as a resident, and will document situations where policy violations occur. RAs are phenomenal sources of information, and If they don’t know the answers, they’ll find out, so don’t ever be afraid to ask questions! They are most definitely interested in hearing your ideas for activities that you want to happen in your community. Please make it a point to get to know your RA—and they will make every attempt to get to know you.
