Spotlight: Global Classroom

Global Classroom 2012 visits the Gates Foundation
During the month of July, the UWB School of Business hosts MBA students, faculty and administrators from around the world as part of its Global Classroom program. The program includes lectures, company visits - to the Gates Foundation, pictured above, among others - and cultural activities. The theme for 2013 was “Becoming a Global Value Creator.” Applications are due April 15.

Global Initiatives' efforts to build new international partnerships involves interesting visits from partners around the world. During the 2012-13 academic year, we hosted visitors from: Beijing Jiaotong University in Beijing, China; the University of Leon in Leon, Spain; Kwansei Gakuin University in Nishinomiya, Japan; and Ehime University, our existing partner in Matsuyama, Japan.
