Enrollment Steps to Secure your Seat in the Program
1. Confirm your offer of admissions with the University and to the Nursing Program
Confirm your offer admissions by May 1st, 2016; if you do not, you are declining the offer by inaction. To confirm, pay the nonrefundable $100 Enrollment Confirmation Deposit. The deposit is applied to your first quarter of tuition. This can be paid over the phone using a credit card at (425) 352-3246 or using the form enclosed in your packet.
Alternatively, to decline this offer of admission, select the option to decline on the Admission Confirmation Form, and return by the stated deadline of May 1st, 2016 decline the offer online.
2. Sign up for the Required First Year Entry RN to BSN Advising Session:
The Advising Session attendance is required to commence the major and register for courses at the University Orientation. Parent/legal guardians are welcome to attend the session. Both sessions will be held at Everett Community College and presented by your nursing advisors from UW Bothell and the Nursing faculty of Everett Community College; we want you to see the facilities and get you set for a successful start!
When: Tuesday, June 2nd from 4:30-6:30 pm or Thursday, June 9th from 4:30-6:30 pm.
Where: Everett Community College Nursing Building.

3. Submit the Measles Immunity Verification Form
This was enclosed in your admissions offer. If you need a new one, contact the Office of Admissions.
4. Set up your MyUW Student account, and monitor your UW email
Stay in communication with the University and nursing advisors. Follow the instructions to forward your UW student e-mail to your personal email address. Once admitted, email will go to your UW email account. Be sure to monitor your UW email.
3. Sign up for the University of Washington Bothell Two Day New Student University Orientation.
After your advising session, you will attend a dynamic two-day First Year Student University Orientation where you will also register for your first quarter of classes. Get started now!
4. Submit any final high school and or college transcripts (or any AP scores)
Submit all pending educational transcripts to the UW Bothell Office of Admissions by immediately following your graduation or no later July 1st, 2016.
