UW Bothell is pursuing a Shared Services business model in order to better utilize resources across campus and provide core operational and administrative services to multiple Schools and units, resulting in higher productivity, increased compliance and improved customer service.
A Launch Committee was formed in early 2017 and has since identified pilot services and work groups under the leadership of two executive sponsors, Vice Chancellors Ruth Johnston and Susan Jeffords. The Shared Services Work Groups will work to recommend implementation and staffing/resource plans for each pilot service in Fall 2017.
