The University of Washington Bothell Cashier's Office is located in the main lobby of Husky Hall at 10909 NE 185th Street, Bothell, WA.
The Cashiers Office accepts cash and checks for all transaction types. MasterCard, VISA and the Husky Card are accepted for payments not associated with student account charges like tuition, transcripts or student loans.

**Extended Open Hours at the Cashier's Office**
The Cashier's Office offers extended hours from 8am to 5pm during the first three weeks of each quarter. The extended hours start the first day of the week in which the quarter begins. The Cashier's Office also has extended evening hours from 8am to 6pm the first two nights of each quarter.

Log into MyUW for student payment account information. Tuition information can be found on the Tuition and Fees webpage.
UW Bothell offers a payment plan option. See Tuition Payment Plan page for more information. If the Tuition Payment Plan will not work for your situation, please look into a Short-Term Loan offered by the University.

* Business account checks for tuition payments must be processed as scholarship checks for tax-reporting purposes, they are mailed to the scholarship post office box for depositing. Please allow for extra processing time if using a business check. (This does not apply for transcript payments.)

To pay or appeal a citation, go online to Appeals and Citations. Citations can be found by either the license plate number of the car that was cited or by the citation notice number (found across the top of the citation above the barcode). A PermitStore.com account is not needed to pay a citation online, however it is needed to appeal a citation.
Citations can be paid in person at the Cashier’s Office with cash, check, money order, Visa or MasterCard, or Husky Card. The citation, notice number, or license plate number of the vehicle cited is required to make payment.

Non-payment of parking citations may result in a hold placed on a student's account as well as referral of the debt to an external collection agency, at which time additional fees will be added.

The Enrollment Confirmation Deposit is a deposit paid upon confirming admission to UW Bothell. The Enrollment Confirmation Form is generally sent by mail, within the admissions packet to those who have received an admission offer for UW Bothell (some students in certain departments receive this form via email). Payment of the deposit can be done several ways. The form has a spot for Visa or MasterCard payment information, a check or money order can be sent along with the form in the mail; or pay over the phone with a Visa or MasterCard by calling 425-352-3246 (Option 1). When calling, the Enrollment Confirmation Form will be filled out with the payee over the phone, so please have the student’s information on hand and allow for about 10 minutes for filling out the form.

To replace your ID card, go to the Campus Safety office. They will need a legal photo ID and your student ID number. Replacement cost is a $20.00 non-refundable fee and will be charged to your student account. This can be paid after the card is replaced in person at the Cashier’s Office with cash, check, or money order or online via MyUW.
To replace your ID card, you will need to pay a non-refundable fee of $20.00 at the Cashier’s Office. Then take the receipt received to the Campus Safety office with legal photo ID and your employee ID number.
On occasion, various event tickets are sold through the Cashier’s Office, such as sports games, theatre shows, or recreational outings. These are generally tickets being offered by a department or service on campus like the Campus Events Board. The Cashier's Office have no advance information on upcoming ticket sales.
