The Emergency Evacuation and Operations Plan (EEOP) presents policies and procedures in a comprehensive form that is necessary for efficient management of incidents, both minor and major in nature that may occur on the co-located campus.
The purpose of this plan is to assign responsibilities and minimize confusion, particularly during the beginning stages of an incident, to ensure a successful outcome.
Emergency planning continues to evolve, and policy requirements may change which will make it necessary to review and make essential updates. This version of the EEOP dated January 2009, will remain in effect until such time.
The Emergency Management Plan (EMP) addresses emergency response plans for both the University of Washington Bothell and Cascadia Community College, which are co-located on a common campus in Bothell, Washington.
While it serves the campus as a whole, the plan is a guide for those with key assignments and responsibilities during emergency activations. Its potential effectiveness is dependent upon broad input from the campus community, and all units of the campus are expected to become familiar with the concepts, policies and procedures outlined in the EMP.
