- This icon indicates that a user is a chat moderator.
- This icon indicates that a user is active. Active users can use chat, private messaging, map, whiteboard, group browser, and ask questions by default.
- This icon indicates that a user is passive. Passive users can only ask questions by default.
- This icon indicates that a user is requesting to become active and join the conversation.
- Change how private messages are displayed.
- Set access rights for users and terminate the chat session for all users.
- Clear the local display or the display for all users.
- End session and expel all chat participants. Clicking this button will also erase all chat history in the display window. Recordings will still be available.
- Create seperate chat sessions with selected users.
- Begin recording the chat session.
- Pause recording.
- Stop recording.
- Insert a bookmark into the recording.

- Copy the currently selected figure.
- Paste the currently selected figure.
- Delete the currently selected figure.
- Group or ungroup the currently selected figures.
- Move the currently selected figure to the back or front.
- Select all figures.
- Take a snapshot of the whiteboard for recording (recording mode must be activated).
- Clears the whiteboard.
