1. Setting up at least three appointments with your mentor. Ideally this will be about once a month.
2. Keep your appointments with your mentor. Everyone’s time is important. Being chronically late or canceling appointments shows disrespect for other people’s time.
3. Respond promptly to communication from your mentor. Standard practice for prompt communication is 24-48 hours, but sooner is appreciated.
4. Establish at least two goals you would like to work towards with your mentor.
